April 21, 2014 Donald Eugene Cuenca was sentenced to 20 years in prison for one count of lewd or indecent acts to a child under 12.

Police obtained video Cuenca shot while he touched a 4-year-old girl then used her feet to masturbate himself.    His girlfriend at the time found the videos and reported to police in October of 2012.
