Joe Cheater, who claims he was a youth minister and a scout leader, sentenced to 20 years in prison plus probation for life on multiple counts of rape, lewd or indecent acts to children and sexual batteries.  He was convicted September 10, 2012.

The investigation shows Cheater met most of his victims through his own daughter and one of the victims was a Vietnamese exchange student who was living in the Cheater home.  Records show he began abusing his daughter when she was just six years old and he abused the young girls in his Catoosa home.   Records show the abuse happened between 2005 and 2008.
