June 26, 2014 a jury finds Joseph Mark Johnson guilty of rape by instrumentation and sentences him to 12 years in prison.

The victim was eight years old when Johnson committed the act.  The child told her mother after it happened in their Claremore home in 2010.  The mother contacted DHS then police to report it.
