July 28, 2014 Rogers County Judge sentences Joseph Mark Johnson to 12 years in prison.

A jury found Johnson guilty of rape by instrumentation and recommended a 12 year sentence.

Officials say the crime happened in Claremore in 2011 and involved an eight year old girl.  It happened inside the girl’s home where Johnson was visiting some friends.
