A Mayes County jury finds an Adair man guilty of lewd molestation and recommends he spend 35 years in prison for his crime.

A Judge will formally sentence Rick Murray December 17, 2014.

Murray’s victim was just nine years old.  She and one of her friends had to take the stand during the two day trial.

The jury heard Murray molested the little girl in his Adair home during the summer of 2013.

Murray was found not guilty on a second lewd molestation charge.
