Roger County CF-2015-72

Robert Dwayne Perry of Muskogee is charged with a felony count of making a telephone bomb threat.

District Attorney Matt Ballard, District 12, says “This is a charge that we take very seriously and it does carry prison time.”

Perry faces up to life in prison if convicted.

Investigators say the Linde Corporation at the Port of Catoosa had to be evacuated January 30, 2015 after a caller to 911 claimed a bomb would go off inside the plant.

Perry has a former felony conviction in Muskogee County for robbery with a dangerous weapon.

Prosecutors asked a Rogers County Judge to deny Perry bond.  The Judge asked, instead, for a recommendation and agreed with the Assistant District Attorney to set bond at $500,000.
