45-year-old Kevin L. Peavy went to prison for first degree rape and lewd molestation.  He was sentenced on September 27, 2012.

Officers with the Claremore Police Department say while investigating a 7-year-old girl’s case two more neighborhood girls came forward saying Peavy touched them, too.

The girl’s mothers say Peavy would sometimes babysit their children.  Peavy plead no contest and received two, concurrent, 30 year sentences both with the second 15 years suspended.
