Kenneth Oneal Batten

January 5, 2017 a Rogers County Judge sentenced Kenneth Batten to 67 years in prison for rape, sexual abuse, child pornography and soliciting sexual conduct by use of technology.

The prosecutor Rogers County ADA Edith Singer said it is the worse child pornography she has ever had to view.

During the investigation Batten admitted to law enforcement he produced sexually explicit videos of a 17-month-old girl as well as possessed more than a thousand images and more than 200 videos of child pornography.

Sentence:
37 years on counts 1-9 (rape and sexual abuse)
20 years on count 10 (child pornography)
10 years on count 11 (soliciting sexual conduct by use of technology)

Batten had previously entered a blind plea thus avoiding a jury trial.  The sentences to be served consecutively.

Batten already has a federal sentence of 25 years for distribution of child porn.
