February 17, 2011 James R. Moore then Keith A. Sebring on July 14, 2011 both plead guilty, through a blind plea*, to trafficking illegal drugs in Rogers County.    Moore received a 20 year sentence with all but the first 12 years suspended.  Sebring received 20 years with all but the first 14 years suspended.

Reports show Moore told investigators he was running the 260 pounds of Marijuana out of Houston.

* A blind plea is when a defendant admits guilt to the judge and the judge decides on sentencing.
