David Glover first confessed strangling his girlfriend Holly Licano and dumping her naked body in a ditch December 23, 2015.   Later entering a cold plea; leaving his fate in the hands of a Rogers County Judge.

The Judge sentenced Glover to 35 years in prison on July 17, 2017.  The formal sentence is life in prison with all but 35 years suspended.

Glover embellished his story a few times claiming self defense, a physical altercation and later that Holly had a knife however investigators never found evidence to support those scenarios.

Holly’s brother gave a victim impact statement just prior to Glover’s sentencing saying his sister leaves behind five children and one grandchild.
