Ann Marie Harris (DOB 08/03/1985) plead guilty on April 7, 2016 and was sentenced to 21 years in prison for her extensive drug activities.

Count 1:  Endeavoring to Manufacture Controlled Dangerous Substance (attempting to cook meth)
21 years in prison
Count 2:  Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance After Former Conviction of Felonies
21 years in prison
Count 3:  Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance After Former Conviction of Felonies
21 years in prison
Count 4:  Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
1 year sentence

The Judge ordered all sentences to run concurrent with each other and with CF-2012-1052 and CF-2012-382 out of Muskogee County.

Harris is a three time convicted felon for possession of precursors with intent to manufacture and possession of controlled dangerous substance.  She had three active warrants at the time she was arrested for her drug crimes in Rogers County by members of the Rogers County Sheriff’s Office.
