On September 27, 2012 Kyle Mitchell Hughes was convicted of conspiracy to possess controlled dangerous substances (CDS) for manufacturing methamphetamine. Hughes plead guilty and was sentenced to 25 years in prison with10 suspended.

The Tulsa man was arrested May 31, 2012 in Claremore outside a drug store.
