Robert Dwayne Perry of Muskogee is sentenced to four years in prison for calling in a bomb threat.

Investigators say the Linde Corporation at the Port of Catoosa had to be evacuated January 30, 2015 after Perry called 911 claiming a bomb would go off inside the plant.

Perry has a former felony conviction in Muskogee County for robbery with a dangerous weapon.

Perry entered a plea of no contest and the Judge found him guilty and sentenced him to four years in prison to run concurrently with the felony robbery conviction out of Muskogee County.
