A four wheeler belonging to an Oologah resident was recovered as part of a cooperative investigation involving the Oologah Police Department, Rogers County Sheriff’s Office and a Rogers County District Attorney Investigator.

Previously members of the same agencies recovered a stolen air compressor and a 15-year-old boy’s Go-Kart, click here to see the NewsOn6 coverage, and arrested Carl Payne on March 1, 2017 accusing him of grand larceny.

The District Attorney’s office is now considering all the charges to be filed against Payne.
